Postdoctoral Fellows
Dr. Siqi Sun
Ph.D., Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University, China, 2024
M.S., Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University, China, 2021
B.S., Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University, China, 2019
Dr. Sun received her PhD from Jilin University in 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Yu Zhang. Her doctoral research focused on luminescent nanomaterials and their applications in optoelectronic devices, including perovskite nanocrystals and light-emitting devices. In December 2024, Dr. Sun joined our Group as a Research Fellow in optoelectronic materials.

Dr. Hao Gu
Ph.D., University of Macau, China, 2024
M.S., Materials Science and Engineering, Zhengzhou University, China, 2018
B.S., Materials Science and Engineering, Henan University of Technology, China, 2015
Dr. Gu obtained his PhD from the University of Macau in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Guichuan Xing. He was a research assistant in Key Laboratory of Flexible Electronics (KLoFE) & Institute of Advanced Materials (IAM), Nanjing Tech University (2018-2020). His research focuses on the charge carrier dynamics of the perovskite layer through ultrafast spectroscopy. He is interested in perovskite solar cells and light-emitting devices based on phase modulation of the 2D and 3D perovskite materials. In March 2025, Dr. Gu joined our Group as a Research Fellow in optoelectronic devices.
Graduate Students

Ziru Su
M.S., Materials Science and Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, 2025
B.S., Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University, China, 2022
Ziru completed her Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Yuhang Liu at Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU). Her research focused on interface engineering, specifically the development of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) to optimize energy levels and minimize interfacial losses, thereby enabling the fabrication of high-quality perovskite solar cell devices. She will commence her PhD program at NUS in August 2025.
